Ending November On A High Note

 
When I visited Callaway midweek I took advantage of a wine club only sale. 35% off 2-5 bottles. The catch? I have to either return to the winery to pick them up on Black Friday weekend or agree to have them shipped shortly afterward. 

So off to the winery I go... for chimichurri fries and a Malbec.

I didn't complete a Pokemon collection, but my wine fridge is now stocked with 100% Callaway wines. The only question is, do I open or age that Wild Yeast Cabernet Sauvignon? I'm thinking of aging four reds instead of three and then open them all in 2029. 

I'll make my decision soon... perhaps after I get the email telling me which wines I'll pick up in December?
