The Power Wagon Build

My modded Axial SCX24 Dodge Power Wagon rock crawler isn't Bigfoot but it sure looks like it could crush cars. I snapped a picture after I spent several hours last night and this morning adding a new motor, transmission, servo (aka what controls the steering), suspension links, skid plate, and shocks.

I didn't use the carbon fiber frame or the pipe sidesteps in this build. The former didn't have mounting holes for the front wheel well covers, and I don't have a work bench or a hazmat suit to wet drill through the frame. The latter wouldn't work at all unless I trimmed off the part of the fenders beneath the doors. That would ruin the aesthetic for me.

Between the vehicle and the mods I spent about $300, but I regret nothing. Now the fun begins. I want to tune the suspension for trail running as well as lower the ride height. Do I use softer springs? Adjust the collar above the springs? Mount the shocks on a different part of the frame? A combination of the above?

I'll wait for my hands to heal before I tinker with it again.
