After 2.5 months of the unknown and a little bit of muscle atrophy, guess what The Porch Gods delivered to Le Crash Pad on Thursday morning?
I don't think these Bowflex dumbbells are a new design, but I noticed they're in gray rather than the traditional red trim. They seem very solid and sturdy compared to the old pair, and I look forward to using them tomorrow morning for my arms workout.
I must confess I have a love/hate relationship with my Oral-B IO toothbrush. Every so often it will say the battery has run out despite it has a nearly full charge. To fix it I must put it on the charger for about 20 minutes and then do a factory reset so the brush will detect the true battery charge.
I fear one of these days this false drained battery situation will happen during my travels, so I purchased a half dozen of these GUM folding travel toothbrushes for about $10 on Amazon. I have no idea if they'll work well but I'm willing to give them a go.
Good thing you were around to collect those. With Bowflex on the side of the box and if you had been gone for a period of time...those would have not lasted on the porch for too long I suspect.
